Parkallen Pizza was established in 1987 by the owners Habib and Nahia Rustom who had the dream turning a little "Hole In The Wall" into a successful little pizzeria.

Habib,Nahia and their family including a son Joseph and two daughters, Marcelle and Rania worked endless hours making the dream of a successful little restaurant come true.

As word of mouth publicized this hidden 30 seat pizzeria, Parkallen was unable to keep up with the growing demand and high volume of regular customers. With Habib cooking, Nahia serving and the children working in between school hours only one option remained - this little pizza place had to expand.

The rest is history. The little pizza place that could has expanded into a full 75 seat restaurant no longer serving just pizza and donairs, but expanding it's menu to include some of the best Lebanese Cuisine in Alberta.

Parkallen Restaurants have won many awards and accolades not only for their amazing Lebanese Cuisine and Pizza but also for their impressive wine collection.
